Refund Policy

1. Fee Refunds

• Admission Fees: Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Security Deposit: The security deposit is refundable after the student’s withdrawal from the school, provided all dues are cleared, and no damages have been caused to school property. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the withdrawal request.
• Other Fees: Any other fees paid (e.g., transport fees, activity fees) are non-refundable once the fees has been deposited.

2. Refund Process

• Parents/Guardians must submit a written request for a refund to the school’s accounts office, providing all necessary details and supporting documents.
• Only Security Deposits Refunds will be processed through bank transfer to the account from which the original payment was made, or as otherwise agreed upon with the school.
• The school reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
